I'm very supprised how many negative reviews are here. I'm very happy with my purchase. I ordered Nike AF1 Shadow from FootLocker.ie as they were the only one who had this trainers in my size. The parcel arrived in 5 working days in excellent condition via UPS delivery service. The bad thing was that I ordered size 38.5 which was unfortunately too small for me. I ordered same model iz size 39 and parcel also arrived in 5 days. Trainers are perfectly fit now and I'm more than happy with quality and service which Foot Locker offers to the customers. I've just sent the pair in size 38.5 back according to their instructions which you get in the box and will update my review once they receive the package and inform me about the refund.UPDATE: Footlocker received the parcel on Monday. They sent an email on Wednesday and notified me that the trainers are returned in good condition and that they will process a refund shortly. I received the money back on Thursday.Overall: Great purchase and service with no single issue during the whole process.

I ordered some shoes that I've been looking for for ages - Foot Locker were the only supplier I could see that had them. I ordered the shoes with no difficulty and they arrived a few days later. Can't fault the service or the delivery time. Was very impressed with the fast delivery considering the current situation.

Been compelled to join and leave a positive review after all the negative ones. Ordered a pair of Pharrell Williams Adidas Tennis HU trainers late evening 29/12. Been looking at the shoes for a while and Footlocker were selling for £30 quid cheaper than anywhere else I had seen so decided to treat myself.Checked here after and saw all the reviews and became concerned for my own order all though I shouldn't have worried. The shoes were dispatched via UPS on 01/01 and arrived 03/01. I think this was a quick turnaround considering the New Year was in-between me ordering and delivery.The shoes themselves were well packaged and in immaculate condition so very happy customer. Glad I ignored the reviews and continued with my order. Granted everyone might not have the same positive experience I did however I wanted people to know it is not all doom and gloom and I would happily order again.

I was a little bit worried about my order when I read all those negative reviews. But my order arrived on time, I was updated through e-mail and the order was correct! Very positive experience!

Good selection

I have just been to footlocker in Huddersfield and had excellent customer service the staff were so helpful and freindly - it makes such a difference when out shopping.I buy a lot on line but would rather give my money to high street shops so that we don't lose them. This experience confirms why I want them to stay.

some shops are not in the best shape but the shoes are fine ,the prices are ok compared to online shops and you can try them first

Customer service was brilliant, it came within 2 weeks was a bit crap .. but came in perfect condition, wouldn’t shop here again due to not knowing when your item will be coming.

The shoe selection is good but the service is questionable. I have done business with multiple footlockers and i have always had to call an employee multiple times before I get help. I love the shoes and prices, but the service could be a little better.
