I had the most EXCELLENT customer service experience with your company from customer service representative named HEATHER!! I had ordered some gym shoes online on May 14th and While ordering the shoes I had edited the shipping address, however after submitting the order and receiving my confirmation email, I noticed that the shipping address didn’t change. I attempted to call customer service less than an hour after I submitted it trying to correct the error but of of course got NOTHING. I tried chatting with someone online but of course was UNSUCCESSFUL, I emailed and pretty much was told, OH WELL. I then called the corporate number that was online and left 2 message. I am a VIP Platinum member with Foot Locker and have spent Thousands of dollars with your company and I was VERY UNIMPRESSED with your service and company at that time and I vowed to NEVER shop with Foot Locker ever again. The next day I received a call from Heather and Not only was Heather compassionate about my situation but she went above and beyond to help me rectify the problem. Her follow up with me through the process was superb! Heather got my shoes reordered for me and because of her outstanding customer service, and professionalism she restored my faith in your company! Heather is an asset to your Footlocker team and to her I say bravo!!! Job WELL DONE!!

I ordered Nike said Forces Ones and Nike VaporMax. Both were just what I ordered and they both cane within a day of each other, four days after my order was placed.

Ordered on May 1st delivered May 8th. Really pleased. Took 6 days for order to go through (understandable in current circumstances but had me a bit worried) but then delivered next day. Perfect, thank you.

I ordered trainers for my son on Saturday 9 May 2020 , became a bit apprehensive when my account didn’t show a valid tracking number and stayed “ transmitted” but I received a message last night (Tuesday 12th May ) saying they would be delivered tomorrow and they arrived early this morning as they’d advised. Relieved of course.. however, I tried to purchase another couple of pairs this afternoon, both in stock etc and payment appeared to go through but didn’t? I tried another twice and the same outcome? I’m just hoping now I don’t have a triple payment taken

Ordered the Air Force Sketch trainers because somehow they were still fully stocked where they were sold out on the Nike website and already reselling for over 150% on StockX. Was really stoked to see they had them as I was too late to buy on Nike. Quick confirmation for purchase straight after payment. I didn't realise all the trashy reviews this company got until I got sceptical and decided to check out what others were saying. I personally had a decent experience with a 6 day delivery time after purchasing on a Sunday but had to check my account to find out when it had shipped as they did not send a confirmation in my email. I'm not fussed about the time because I'm sure its harder to deliver with all this coronavirus business and I'm not going anywhere any time soon. Item came all fine in the correct size.

Got my tracksuit and my nike air tns on the 2nd day after ordering. The shoes look more of a black colour in the picture but ended up being a greyish colour. All round happy with my purchases and was surprised with the delivery time during this global pandemic

I ordered some shoes that I've been looking for for ages - Foot Locker were the only supplier I could see that had them. I ordered the shoes with no difficulty and they arrived a few days later. Can't fault the service or the delivery time. Was very impressed with the fast delivery considering the current situation.

I shop with footlocker a lot and the last couple of time they wouldn’t let me use my coupons and didn’t know anything about my order and talking about some back order bull s**t so I think this will be my last time shopping with footlocker
