The best Philippines airline but still with a lot of work to do to improve. I've used them about 30 times. They've not lost my luggage, they have damaged it either. They have excellent punctuality, much better than Air Asia Zest. They are very cheap.Now for the bad. Their web development team are crap, they cannot put a stable website together to save their life. It's always going to the wrong page when you go back, or wiping your form, or logging you out. Check-in is always very slow, and the staff are not particularly pleasant (probably because they get a lot of angry customers who have to wait so long to drop their baggage).They're telephone customer services struggle to understand regional accents and repeat everything far too much. If you call them then you need to use Skype, otherwise you will rack up a small fortune. They're cancellation/rebooking fees are too high, but then so are most airlines.Satisfactory overall. Close to a 4 star.

Awesome & good service, so far they've the budget friendly price fare that I have experience. Highly recommended for backpackers!

10 stars for best prices, I haven't found any other flight agencies with better prices. I mean $6.20 US (p299) to fly in the Philippines from Roxas City to Cebu City. I just can't believe it but I do have the ticket in hand. The trick is to be patient, do a lot of search, best time is Monday to Wednesday especially if the want to fill the aircraft and don't jump of the first deal. That ticket at p299 was at p799 when I first look at it, plus I had found a better deal at p499 on the wrong date so I decided to wait. It took a week before the deal came back and after a refresh, the date I wanted suddenly went down as low as p299 so I jumped on it with a smile!On the bad side, and this is why I only gave a 4 stars, I sometime find their website not powerful enough to handle web requests if you are using a handheld device via Wi-Fi. Last February I booked several flights from my Blackberry in the Philippines. After spending a lot of time trying to find the right price, filling up the form and my credit card info to buy the ticket, the site would crash on me not being able to handle the transaction. Then it would bring me back at the beginning, wiping everything including that deal and paying double for the same ticket after spending a lot of time searching and this frustrated me. On the other hand, I now book my flight 5 months ahead of time on my laptop at home which never crash and I get awesome deals, real good deals. So if you book a few months ahead of your departure, you will have plenty of time to do a proper search and don't forget to add the extra luggage because you will pay double when you get your ticket which can be another frustration. All in all I find CebuPacific to be the best way to fly. I also find the flight attendants very professional and they usually play games and you can win stuff!

I like Cebu Pacific because it is a budget friendly airline. I am looking forward to travel with you when the covid -19 is gone.

Cheap compare to other airlines but works the same! I'll choose this over Airasia! Always give a promo butsad our trip for Cebu has been canceled this year. won't ask for a refund but please make the rebooking freeee!!

As a first timer when it comes to air travel, cebu pacific was really a great experience and keeps me going for more. Planes leave on time, or even ahead of time if everyone's already on board.
