Great customer care!There was a printing error for the t-shirts I ordered. They acted pretty quick after I contact them via messenger in Facebook and email. I am very satisfied with the resolution.

love the business cards they shipped , its an affordable service, got a poster as well , so always happy to use this service,Shipping still takes time though

Ordered baby shower invitations from vista print. I found the website to be easy to use with a wide range of templates. I think the value for money is great and would use again!

Been in business 20 years and I can honestly say this is the first time I feel I have got a bargain with my marketing material. I will agree that I supplied the art work in a finished form but the quality for business cards and brouchres were astounding! My regular printer could not match the cost and turn around time. Unless your into high quality print work or work that is more specialised and you like to liaise and discuss layout, colour correct, require contact proofs, ect ect then maybe Vistaprint is not your cup of tea. This is a quick bang for your buck company with a great turn around time and super competitive pricing that most other printers cannot match. The bonus is the quality is way above average and near the excellent. Would I recommend them to others? ...YES!. I really hope they keep the standard up.

I've gotten banners and business cards printed by Vistaprint many times over several years and found the prices, quality and speed to be very good. I wasn't happy with one print and they replaced it immediately.

I have been using Vista Print since 2008, over the years it has evolved and improved, the offering is much larger and the online graphic designer means we don't need to hire a designer for most prints. However the print quality is not as good as it used to be. I will still use them because for most things it is good enough (business cards etc) - but for super high quality print I would look elsewhere
