Net A Porter Discount Code April 2024

I don’t normally write reviews but after seeing all the bad ones, thought I’d make an effort. I searched google for the product I wanted (a £1400 YSL Bag) and found it on Net-a-Porter. I purchased the item on a debit card in a rush without researching the retailer or it’s reviews (cowboy error). I then after purchase noticed their scores and immediately started to panic. I called them, then realised they are US based and panicked ever more. Then I got an email saying they couldn’t release my item as the shopping address was different to my billing address. The email stated they were going to transfer a very small amount of money back to me and I had to them call them and confirm what the amount was. Again, alarm bells started to ring. I kept calm, followed their instruction and they told me my item was in its way. Though worrying, looking back, it makes sense they’d do this and I think it’s good practice to prevent card fraud. Ordered Friday 3pm, arrived via special signed delivery Tuesday at 11am (Oxfordshire) Item is amazing, their packaging (in a classy box, wrapped with bow and paperwork) was great. I’d definitely use this company again. Thanks guys

Was a bit doubtful to place an order here because of the reviews, but decided to go forward, because I could get such a good deal on an item I really wanted. The shipping took fairly long (6 days), but I saw a warning on the website of delays up front, so that was not an issue for me. Item was well-packed and in perfect condition, so I’m a happy customer.

Very happy with everything; beautifully packaged with a hanger and dustbag, well protected in recyclable packaging and the dress itself is dreamy and was worth the wait the courier put me through (which is another story and not NAP's fault).

I had a great experience, i am actually shocked at all the negative reviews. My item came delivered quick and was exactly as described. I even had to return an item and that was made super easy. I would definitely use them again.

Net a porter is a first class service

I was worried about my order when I saw a lot of negative reviews but actually it was pretty seamless. I ordered premium delivery at 9am and my Gucci bag had arrived by 3:30pm. I phoned customer service to track my delivery and they were really helpful, informing me of my delivery window, they even got the delivery driver to call my work when he had arrived. Would look to order again.

The customer service was impressive, delivery was precise and the signature packaging was very tasteful. My queries were handled promptly as the customer service team were really helpful. I always go to NAP for certain brands and the experience has been 5*, I would highly recommend for UK customers.

Lovely jacket - just what I need now it’s getting cooler. Quick delivery and no problems. In the past when I’ve had to return an item I use the label provided and drop it off at a local service point.
