I ordered a dress online for a special occasion. When it finally arrived it was 4 sizes too big. I didn't have a backup plan and I had to wear irbid the next morning. Needless to say I had to spend extra money to have a seamstress take the dress in because the correct size was not shipped to me.

Always order from here never had any issues, great quality clothing and good prices. Would 100% recommend :)

This is my personal experience; I have ordered on the Australian PLT website around 6-7 times. The pros:-They are a legit clothing website-Their clothes are cheaper than other alternatives -*Some* of their clothes are really pretty-They respond in a timely and appropriate manner on Facebook! I'm pretty pleased about their customer service The cons-Some of their clothes are really cheaply made and are not good quality -There was this floral dress that I ordered, it looked cute in the photo, but it looked terrible in real life. The pattern was gross looking and the fabric was thin. To be fair it was cheap, but the picture was a bit deceiving. - a surprising amount of their orders fail. The second time I ordered something, the order failed for no reason at all, but they did refund me. A second time, my parcel was apparently lost in transit, but they also immediately refunded me. So some orders can be quite disappointing.-Their website is a bit weird; one time I tried ordering something with a travel credit card but their website stated that my order could not be processed with my credit card. They charged that credit card anyway, but I cancelled that transaction. -The way they update if an item is in stock is weird. For some dresses, they'll say that one particular size is sold out. Then in 2 days, that size will be available again. When this happens and I decide to order a dress after it says it was out of stock then back in stock again, the order has failed (this happened 2 times as stated above). Suggestions: -if you want to buy something from PLT, buy it using paypal (I feel like its safer in general)-if the pictures of the model wearing the clothing are at really weird angles with weird lighting OR there is no video of the model wearing it, chances are that the clothing actually looks sucky in real life

I order from PLT frequently. I always receive my parcels within a couple of days and return anything unwanted through doddle in Morrisons. It's an easy and smooth process and have always received my full refund without any issues. My last order I accidentally got sent to my previous address and the customer service team pulled resources and retrieved my parcel even though it was my own fault. They returned the parcel to themselves and issued my refund straight away.Can't rate their customer service any higher.. my daughter loves their clothes and will no doubt always be a loyal customer.Many thanks PLT... Sizes are abit inconsistent, had a few items that arent good quality at all and have sent back. Arrives pretty quick, have got some nice pieces despite the size issues. It's hit or miss with sites like Pretty Little Thing.

They do some lovely clothes and always have the latest trends. I have ordered from the website a numerous amount of times but a lot of the clothes do go back as they are too small - Usually there is just no stretch in them! I feel like they don’t allow for any curves, which is a shame because as I say, the clothes are really nice. Delivery is average 3-5 days, the refund process wasn’t very clear but once I found it, the orders did go back fine.
