Harvey Norman Washing Machine Sale July 2020

What outstanding customer service I found Midland Harvey Norman to be. I purchased a new outdoor setting from there last week. Picked it up, got it home to assemble and found that the granite for the table was missing. I had been dealing with Emmie and would just like to say what a kind, lovely, friendly and helpful lady she was throughout the entire transaction. Although I was disappointed it was missing, i contacted the store and spoke to Trent, who was also so helpful and apologetic. Without any hesitation hew drove 2.5 hours to my home town to drop the Granite off. This was especially appreciated as it is very difficult to come dome down with the border closures at the moment. 5 Star customer service. Thank you

5/5 and here's why;-The manager allowed the worker to sell me a laptop I'd seen online that had only just arrived in-store. It hadn't yet reached the shelves.-Harvey Norman add 'wear and tear' insurance for free to their warranty. I was informed that I could even get battery replacements, which is a huge relief as laptop batteries always inevitably stop holding charge for as long.-For buying my three year security subscription through them they gave me a laptop case for free. The one I picked should have been $70 so it was nice to drop that fee. -I had a heap of issues with moving money and getting my card to work. Issues to the point where I was having to make calls. Despite this they remained patient and polite and were very understanding. -Finally for the fifth star, I ended up having to stay half an hour after their closing time due to the previously stated issues. Just before leaving I apologised to the manager for the inconvenience. I was expecting the typical acceptance required by those in retail, however he gave a very genuine smile and told me I could take all the time I needed.In this particular trip the customer service provided was the best I've yet experienced from anywhere, ever. I don't often need new items of technology, however when I do Harvey Norman will be my first choice.Just for reference this review was for the Ballarat Harvey Norman.

Went to Harvey Norman Wiley Park to purchase an LG Smart TV but ended up also buying a Tefal steam iron, Nutribullet Select 1200W and, a Smeg toaster and Kettle! All this due to the great service I received from a very professional and lovely salesman called Dion in the electrical department. He was very knowledgable on all the items I purchased and his service was well beyond five stars! Thank you Dion for a very pleasant shopping experience... hubbie and I will definitely be back to see you again! You are definitely a credit to HM!

I have had some issues with product, but fortunately had Product Protection, everything went so smoothly.I had some credit on the Product Care and decided to buy a Bosh Stick Vac. It arrived and I set about to use it, but found something not quite right.Contacted Product Care who asked one of their staff to call me to discuss.Emma called the same day I sent the email, I explained that I felt there was a piece missing.She then went and got the display vac and send me a photo of the internal of the vac and sure enough it hadn't come with that part.Well, Emma was great, she knew exactly what I was talking about, dealt with it professionally and was a joy to deal with. She now has it all in hand and is now sending me what I need.Hats off to you Emma, great Customer Service, set my mind at ease and I know that it will be fine.Happy to shop at Harvey Norman if all your staff are as helpful and nice as Emma. - 5 Stars

Recently visited Harvey Norman Bundaberg. Looking to buy a printer, the sales-person that assisted me was Matt. Excellent service, he seemed to have unlimited patience, dealing with a customer with limited technical knowledge. He made the sale.

I ordered an Indesit washing Machine online Tuesday 7th April during lockdown, got a text from Lenon the delivery driver to say he would be in touch in the next day or so, he promptly rang on Thursday to say he would be delivering between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on Friday, 1.30pm on the button Lenon and his helper arrived, masked and gloved, unloaded the machine and took away the old one no hassle. I just want to compliment Harvey Norman and especially Lenon and his helper for a fabulous service, I had rang another electrical supplier on the Tuesday to purchase the machine, they took my name and number and 8 days later I am still waiting on a call back from the 3 letter company...….Thanks again Harvey Norman,Tom,Ballymore Eustace

We would like to thank Robert (Rob,) in the Moonah Tas store for his fantastic customer service shown to myself and my son both on the phone and in person. We purchased a Sony TV today and he made our shopping both easy and with the most sincere personality we've met for a long time with a sales rep. An absolute credit to his store and Harvey Norman.

Anna at Bendigo Harvey Norman was extremely helpful in our search for a new front loader washing machine. Her knowledge of the product was excellent and her explanations of the different features was very informative. We have now purchased our new machine and are very happy.

Wonderful service from start to finish across the business from Ger in bedding to accounts, Laura the Store manager and Helena in customer services. They have kept to every promise made and the delivery drivers also lovely reliable guys.Such a positive experience all round looking forward to returning soon.

Harvey Norman have alot of lovely things to sell, but honestly find them well over priced. Can't justify their pricing but some people are willing to pay obviously.

Erina StoreIn the last 3 years and friend and myself have purchased between us about 5 televisions between us. Robbie has helped us every time he goes above and beyond to help us each time. We had a problem with one of the products service department and he contacted them and then rang us to make sure the service department had contacted us, the followed up again a week later. Once again we came into the store Sunday 1st March and brought another TV once again he was so helpful. Thank Robbie for all your help and to Harvey Norman for great service.

Had a fantastic experience with Belrose HN today. David went above and beyond to try to find a very specific and extremely hard to come by fridge for me. And he found one! Outstanding!

Gill at the Swords branch could not have been more helpful, a credit to Harvey Norman. I have been in sales & customer service throughout my career & Gill is at the top of her game. Hard to come by these days unfortunately. I hope she is appreciated as it’s this kind of customer care that would most definitely have me repeat shop in Swords.

There was very good service provided by the customer service agent at harvey norman millenia walk store. I was very impressed by the layout of the store and the treatment by the stuff. There was no pressure whatsoever. The price was good for what we were looking for which was an LG TV. I think it is definitely recommended to go to a store to know what you want to get.
