Totally trustworthy and legit company that offers great deals, free shipping, and delivers their products.I ordered two manga (Japanese comics) books for my girlfriend, and they came just 3 days over the said shipping time (10-14 days), but I'm definitely satisfied! I also got two different bookmarks with them, which are a really nice and useful collectible. What I did not like however, is that I got both books separately, but that's fine. Also shipping is non-trackable, but that's no problem at all ^^Definitely looking forward on buying more books soon!

I made an order of 2 books on 31st May 2020. The 1st book got dispatched on 4th June and on 5th June for the other one. I live in Indonesia and the books arrived rather quickly considering the whole Covid-19 situation with the 1st book arriving on 10th July and the 2nd book arriving on 11th July.That means my books took 1 month-ish. I'm really pleased with them and I think that people are too harsh about the arriving times and so on. Actually it took a week for me to send my order and 2 weeks for them to arrive. They have mentioned everything on their page and I think they are doing excellent work. If someone really worries that it takes too long to arrive then why don't you go and buy somewhere else and pay maybe 50 or little bit less in addition. Bookdespository delivers books without import fee. The only import fee you pay is some extra time. Guys be patient, it's worth the wait! They are really well packed and beautiful indeed! I spent 61 euros and I'm going to spent a lot more. I'm impressed! It's like a dream come true! ❤️(fun fact- I always buy books with bookmarks. And they actually sent me bookdespository bookmarks with each book. I'm really happy about that)

The best thing might be their customer service and the packaging of the books. It's a good website for getting your books. Although I would recommend not ordering something during the pandemic.

Last month I ordered for the first time from the Book depository. On their website it said that the shipping for my country was 8 days so after those 8 days I contacted their customer service which replied in less than an hour. They were really nice and cooperative and maid me happy with the whole experience. The books came in perfect shape. I will definitely order again.
