I logged on MyAccount to plan my move in advance. Everything went smoothly and I didn't even have to speak to anyone. It was the easiest part of the move :)

I was very disappointed with AGL lately, due to human error at AGL by a person/s Either inexperience, or them just neglecting their job, due to them not putting a note on the account about us calling our electricity was almost disconnected, then today the first person i spoke to on phone was rude with no positive customer service skills, regardless if what i told her repeatedly about the situation & circumstance leading to it she had no interest what so ever in what i was saying, when i first asked to speak with a supervisor due to not being listened to the lady attempted to prevent me from speaking to a supervisor by putting me on hold then transfered me to a different section so i then asked the person i spoke to next & that lady was wonderful understanding & really assisted me & all is sorted out now.. Service persons at AGL who interact with customers on phone need training in customer service, phone manner & learning what really listening to customers queries looks like & sounds like.. and english speaking skills need to be included for some cos its very hard sometimes to understand them & ensuring they know exactly what it is i am inquiring about is no easy task at times, so often an inquiry will go un answered due to not being able to get the main point across then its a unsatisfactory conclusion & nothing resolved..Thankfully my inquiry & issue was resolved & i am happy about that. Thankyou.
