Never disappointed at PetStock Essendon, massive store with great retail customer service! I haven’t used their grooming services but would highly recommend their vet Tim who is very patient and fantastic with dogs that are somewhat challenging in that setting!

I have the most gorgeous little Yorkshire Terrier but of course I'm a bit biased and I've really shopped around for a good groomer for Milo and believe you me I found it at PETstock Clayfield.I've noticed the price of dog grooming has gone up considerably over the last 3 months so when choosing somewhere to take your fur baby has now become a big part of many families budgets. Nobody wants to compromise on the quality of services they receive for the furry family member and of course want their pet done in a way that they enjoy and and aren't tormented or left stressed out by the whole process. The loving care that I've noticed the wonderful staff at PETstock Clayfield give Milo has really blown my socks off! They didn't know I was there and I saw him being lovingly calmed down and reassured while being groomed where normally he would quiver and shake and it was so relieving to see.What's really convenient too is you book online and they ask your pet specific breed and theres a range of different options in the grooming process that you can choose from. You book online ahead of time, know when your appointment is and they do run on time. They do one furbaby at a time or of course if they've got siblings they're all in together as they love to be. Their closely supervised in an appropriately-sized area and not left to run around or get up to mischief!(theres not this huge build up like ome particular groomer I've used who also has a sycophantic like following that I've personally experienced really close up!! Dogs who've already been groomed and dogs waiting to be groomed mixed in together walking around in a dirty front yard!, I couldn't get Milo out of their quick enough! I hated seeing large dogs trying to hump him and others unsupervised either before or after a groom so it was time to move as he definitely wasn't being treated like a 'VIP' at all! but I've digressed!)PETstock also groom to your precise requests that you know your individual pooch loves and they really know their breed cuts. Their prices are extremely affordable when compared to other local groomers yet they don't make any cuts to the level of service, the time it takes to groom your pooch and of course the wonderful outcome of a beautifully clean and groomed furbaby!They also have an outstanding array of products for every type of pet from creepy crawlies, hamster, guinea pigs, lizards, turtles, fish, cats all the way up to the biggest breed of dog. A great selection of food, toys, chewables, treats and the list goes on it's just amazing and so affordable!Yet another great attribute of PETstock Clayfield is each and every time you go in, you're given a reward system for every dollar you spend and believe you me it's not something to sniff it! After Milo had his first groom and without me purchasing anything else I already had a $5 credit toward his next visit!Top that off with exceptionally friendly, caring staff who treat each and every furbaby like the individual they are and you have the BEST dog groomer pet supplies and just a great store for all your pet needs! Always get good service from Petstock. All my orders arrive quickly. If there are issues, they sort it out quickly. I had a couple missing food tins from a recent order and they got it sorted asap. In store they will pricematch other online retailers too which is fantastic.
