10 months into warranty and 1 day before flying out of Australia for 6 months a small part near hinge falls off, making glasses useless. Went to Specsavers and they were fantastic about getting it sorted. because of flying out, they found a replacement frame the lenses would fit in. Brilliant customer service at Forest Hill branch (VIC). Highly recommend! Thank you

Broke my glasses last week but I badly needed a replacement because we had a recital coming up. Good thing they have the perfect one I was looking for after trying out 3 other stores. They were accommodating and very helpful. The examination didn't take long and I received my glasses in wonderful condition

I have had my last few pairs of glasses made by Specsavers Optometrists. This time, there was a problem around stock availability of frames, which I raised in-store, and then via the Specsavers website. A short time later, I was very pleased to receive a response from a store director, who was able to make everything right for me. As a result of the good management-practices displayed in this experience and of the good resolution, my loyalty to the Specsavers brand has increased.

Broke my glasses this morning. The girl couldn't repair them in the shop but quickly found the same frames on display and slipped my lenses into them so I didn't have to use older glasses.She did this pleasantly and efficiently despite the store being very busy.Always a pleasant and helpful experience at Spec Savers.

Went to the Romford branch over the weekend. Tina was fantastic. Thorough check and done me a good deal. All the staff in there who helped were friendly and gave me good advice when I was picking out styles of glasses if they suited me or not. Weren't pushy either as most places try and make you get the most expensive glasses, but they were the opposite. Get yourselves down there if you need glasses. Cant recommend them highly enough. Cannot fault Specsavers Goulburn for price or service

I rushed in with an acute pain in my right eye just minutes before their closing for the day. I was not only accepted but also given a thorough examination at no rush. Suffice to say that they promptly solved my issue, had also a follow up the day after free of charge. What can I say more?Sometimes heroes don't wear capes!

Staff were really nice and helpful but the contact lenses are terrible. I never wore contact lenses before so thought I would give them a go. The first set I received were dailies, these I tried for five days but could not see anything and found them quite irritating I constantly had dry itchy eyes with almost like a glaze over the lens so I could not see clearly.The second set I tried were monthly’s these were slightly better but I still had the same issue as before I could not see anything properly everything seemed a little hazy and blurry and I found contact lenses would dry out Leaving me with itchy eyes.I was advised by a friend to try a different company and brand of contact lenses these lenses are perfect and also worked out cheaper.So my advice for spec savers is to use a different brand of contact lenses because the ones you are currently using are cheap and nasty.
