I have previously owned 4 Spas including the most expensive US / NZ brands, but NOTHING compares to the quality product from Spa World and the outstanding service I received. No matter what any other company or salesperson says - trust me, spend your hard earned money with Spa World and get one of their Vortex spas and you won't need to buy another spa. Their frames are guaranteed for 25 years, the electronic controller is about 12 years ahead of the competition in terms of both features and the electronic design / components used. In my experience other spa companies in NZ rely entirely on PR / advertising because they have an inferior product and provide shocking customer support. Don't be fooled by their glossy brochures. Go to Spa World!

Elaine at Spa World in Fyshwick, ACT knows her stuff. After explaining our needs she was able to objectively compare products which made the process of elimination very easy. Delivery and installation were faultless. Even removed the dead spa!!Follow up impressive.Strongly recommend visiting Elaine at Spa World if you're contemplating buying a spa.

A BIG SHOUT OUT to Elaine from spa world in Canberra. We have our Hydrozone swim spa Avante up and running,and it's trick.From sitting in the spa end, lounging back playing some tunes.To doing a 'piggy' into the swim zone and doing a few strokes to be followed by a 'cold one' leaning over the side taking in our view, is exactly what we needed in our way to overworked and busy lifestyle. What a pain free experience this large purchase was! Elaine from the Fyshwick store is knowledgeable, personable and approachable making this choice an easy one. The calls after delivery to check in and talk me through set up were invaluable and I'll be keeping her number for any future questions! Highly recommend having a chat with Elaine if you want honest info and BS free guidance!

Elaine was very helpful and accommodating throughout our new spa purchase. She has also been very helpful with after purchase support and the spa itself is great!! The sound system could be improved and sounds a little dusty/distorted but we’re still very happy overall.

We strolled into Spa World Osborne Park and met Mark.He immediately came up and asked if we needed any help with choosing a spa. There was no pressure to buy and he gave us so much information which helped us choose the right spa for us. We had a mishap upon delivering our spa and Mark was onto it so quickly and in the end we ended up with a better spa. He also guided us through the setting up of the spa and each time we rang with a question he was happy to help & answer them. We couldn't recommend Mark from Spa World Osborne Park any more he is very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. Thank you Mark for all your help & advice. Tony & Rose

Elaine did an excellent job of addressing our concerns and giving us an accurate description of what our spa installation would entail. There were no surprises! She is always available as well for post-purchase questions. We are extremely thrilled with our swim spa, and would highly recommend this product and experience to anyone! In fact, we have already sent friends who have made the same purchase. This is a lifestyle change, and we are loving every second of it!

We recently purchased a Vortex Aqualounge Pro from Peter Sorenson at Spa World, North Lakes and we can highly recommend not only the product but the company and Peter himself. The quality of the product compared to others on the market speaks for itself with a great warranty and after sales service. Peter was very knowledgeable on the product and was focused on understanding what we wanted and what product would best deliver this. The purchase and delivery of the product was very smooth (highly recommend their delivery contractors who were fantastic). We did have some issues with the Vortex manual/guides not being very clear as they are not specific to the model you buy however Spa World has now brought on an excellent service technician (Rob Carmichael) who came out and answered all our questions and sorted out the minor issues we were having. We would recommend Vortex produces specific manuals and also that they use a USB instead of a CD in the information pack as these days most laptops etc don't have a CD drive. Other than those minor issues though we are really happy with the spa and the service provided by Spa World.

We have had a great experience to date. Service levels and 0800 support has been great. The only thing I would look to improve would be the the ability to have a couple of other suppliers for chemicals in the swim spa so that the warranty is still valid. Bioguard is good but expensive from your preferred supplier. Bioguard is good and we are using it but you go through it quickly in summer when the pool has high usage and you can't buy it in bulk. I have found an online supplier who is price a lot more competitive Pool Water Specialists.RegardsKevin and Miranda

We have had our Vortex Mercury spa for nearly 2 years and are very pleased with it. It runs flawlessly and is very easy to maintain. The spa was delivered on time and the local representative, Patrick Scott, delivered and installed the spa promptly. His instructions on how to maintain the spa were excellent and he has been extremely supportive in relation to any questions and supply of consumables.I strongly recommend the company and Patrick should you be looking for a spa.
