I both work for and order Menulog frequently. I have never had one issue with Menulog ordering, food arrives on time fresh and exactly what I order. Being a driver for Menulog is also great! It is a fantastic job, i am very busy with orders, i also make sure I get the order to the customer on time, if there is any problems I am happy to go back to the store to fix the order and get back to the customer free of charge. I think getting in touch with Menulog via email or phone isn't the best but they are definitely making improvements. Give the drivers a break, we go by the gps through the App so we follow instructions some drivers just do not read the instructions correctly but I have always followed instructions, i have had a few times I've had trouble finding the exact address but that is more to do with the Gps. I make sure i get to my customers as quick and safely as I can. Definitely some things need to be updated and customer service needs to be improved a little when customers orders are messed up from the takeaway stores and they contact support but overall it is a great job, and a great concept for people that do not want to waste their own fuel or if they have no vehicle. Helps me look after my sick father, gets my weekly bills paid & I love the customer service side & making sure my customers are happy & get their meal on time and fresh, every customer has been so kind & I have been working for Menulog since September 2019 and have not had an issue at all except customers ordering food and not answering the door and falling asleep.

Use a lot and very good in my area. Cheaper than Uber eats.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, to be honest. I've used it 23 times and it's decent enough, of course it will be late sometimes and other times early.. One time there was plastic in my meal and i accidentally ate some which was very stressful, but they gave me credit for my meal back after i showed them a photo so they take responsibility even though it was the restaurant's fault. I am shy and non-confrontational on my own behalf so i appreciated them handling it all for me. I must say that their new advertising campaign of "did somebody say menulog" is incredibly annoying though. It's actually driving me to use uber eats more often. However i do like the ordering system online.

We just ordered KFC from the palais, in Newcastle. Everything went through easily. Each step took 5-10 minutes. Food arrived hot, and within time stated, delivered by a nice guy. Thank you

Menu log is great I have found many new places to eat in my area I had no idea were there!Ordered many many times, never had a issue.The one time I did I was refunded and given a discount.support staff are top notch!
