I both work for and order Menulog frequently. I have never had one issue with Menulog ordering, food arrives on time fresh and exactly what I order. Being a driver for Menulog is also great! It is a fantastic job, i am very busy with orders, i also make sure I get the order to the customer on time, if there is any problems I am happy to go back to the store to fix the order and get back to the customer free of charge. I think getting in touch with Menulog via email or phone isn't the best but they are definitely making improvements. Give the drivers a break, we go by the gps through the App so we follow instructions some drivers just do not read the instructions correctly but I have always followed instructions, i have had a few times I've had trouble finding the exact address but that is more to do with the Gps. I make sure i get to my customers as quick and safely as I can. Definitely some things need to be updated and customer service needs to be improved a little when customers orders are messed up from the takeaway stores and they contact support but overall it is a great job, and a great concept for people that do not want to waste their own fuel or if they have no vehicle. Helps me look after my sick father, gets my weekly bills paid & I love the customer service side & making sure my customers are happy & get their meal on time and fresh, every customer has been so kind & I have been working for Menulog since September 2019 and have not had an issue at all except customers ordering food and not answering the door and falling asleep.
