Great bike! Needs a lot of adjustments done though gears esp if you’re not sure what your doing take it to someone who does.Smooth ride, very happy.

I've owned a PROGEAR GR150 Adventure bike for about a week and made about 50kms so can comment on the first impressions not yet on the over durability.Ordering and delivery: Progear was very responsive - despite their chat and phone line being cancelled due to the virus, they answered my questions via email overnight. After I've placed the order, I was very well kept informed about what was happening by Progear emails + I could track the delivery status using Allied Express website. The bike was delivered to Central Coast, NSW within 6 working days which was faster than I've expected.Assembly: the bike came in a box but 90% assembled. It was easy for me to complete the assembly using the videos on Progear website. I found the paper manual that came in the box quite useless. I also needed some additional googleling and "playing" with the breaks and Shimano gears before I was able to properly set them up.Value for money: the design is great and the bike has everything I need. For a $350 entry level bike it's great.What could improve: it would be helpful to have guides on how to setup the breaks, shifters and derailleur.

Very happy with my bike. Assembling requires someone who knows what they're doing , otherwise suggest have it done at a bike shop. It looks great and is lovely to ride.

My bike was bought already built (had been returned as wrong size but in brand new condition and checked by the ProGear mechanic). Great service except the disk brakes hadn't been adjusted properly and were almost dangerous until properly adjusted.

The electric assist tricycle had some electrical problems. It took quite a long time to resolve the issues but once it was rectified the product worked well

Your freight was too high to get this done from Melb as I already paid 100 extra for this to get up my house All the rest , great quality - good times ahead. thank you

The quality of the tricycle components was very good and it arrived in a few days. It was also less than half the cost of the previous tricycle (from a different supplier) I bought.

The bike came very quickly and I'm loving it.
