I ordered a trunk bag from PBK in mid Feb and was informed that it would arrive 22-30 Mar. It hadn't arrived by the 30th so, in the light of the world transport situation, I gave it another two weeks then contacted PBK to register that it had not been delivered - they are very prompt with their replies and quickly came back with the offer to send another bag or give me a refund. Given the current world situation I opted for the refund and it appeared in my bank account three days later - perfect service!When my bag had not arrived by the due date, I went online to find reviews of PBK and was horrified to read how many negative ones were there - I then got quite philosophical about it and expected the worst, however, to my great surprise I had the experience described above.I rate them 5 stars and would not hesitate to use them again.Cheers, Terry Crayford
