Ordered a jacket in my usual size on 29/4/20. It has arrived but is much too big. I like the jacket and would like it in a smaller size. However, I can’t find an address to return it to. Their online support is very slow. I do understand that coronavirus makes it difficult for a mainly store based business to switch to online selling, but surely giving an address is not too technical. Can anyone help?

Have ordered many times over the years and never had problems. Even at this difficult time they had delivered within 8-9 days. There tracking system is misleading as they mark as dispatched after they print the label with the courier.(which most of the times indicate as “waiting for your parcel” when you track for days) for the price we pay worth the wait.

I ordered a pair of boots,( Breacon Vibram all leather waterproof) she fell in love and so did I. Not only were these boots beautiful but they fit extremely well and are strong: Exactly what we were looking for. I couldn't believe my eyes: finial, we found the boot we were looking for at a great price. Needless to say I ordered me a pair the same day.(twenty minutes later) All that's left to do now is put them through a torture test by hiking off the rugged hills in our area: as we hate staying on the trails.

Just ordered a backpacker lightweight 2 person tent, it shipped and arrived super fast. Seems to be good quality, item as advertised. I paid 59.99 (US) and looked as others have said, the price went up......its now 69.99........what gives Mtn. Warehouse???

Keep your receipts. Recently I used a Mountain Warehouse water bottle while trekking in the Himalayas. It was comfortable to carry, but leaked water around the cap so I couldn’t put it in my day pack. When I reported this to Mountain Warehouse they refused to do anything about it citing that I had no proof of purchase. I had sent photographs, but these were considered only proof of ownership, not proof of purchase. Obviously Mountain Warehouse is prepared to take the hardline on faulty products rather than duty of care to their customers.

Im giving Mountainview Warehouse 4 stars even though it took sever emails to resolve my issue of returns they finally resolved it. Their guality are very good but be aware if shopping from Ireland as return payment is required.

Had to return some ski gear as my trip was cancelled. The manager Kyle in the Islington store was wonderful and went well and truly over and above to help me. In store experience was hassle free (after having had some issues on the website) all in all would definitely recommend.

Customer services resolved a problem I had with a pair of Mountain Warehouse efficiently and in a pleasant manner. They did everything they said they would - and promptly. When they said they would ring me back that is what happened. I shall continue to shop with them and currently have a waterproof coat, trainers and walking boots from the company. I write having run a successful business for many years - l know how to have good relations with a customer and to recognise it when l experience it.

I'm in the process of purchasing clothing for a 200+ mile trek in Northern Spain. Trying to find reasonably priced merino wool clothing was a challenge. After reading some of the reviews about Mountain Warehouse on this site, I was almost afraid to buy from them! But honestly, we got everything we ordered, and we ordered multiple times. Their merino wool base layers are great and reasonably priced.Some of the clothing items (shirts) we bought probably could have been purchased at similar cost elsewhere but that's OK. We got two items that were too big and we sent them back to exchange for a larger size. It did take a couple of weeks for them to do the exchange, but it was relatively painless and we got what we ordered, and we were happy with what we bought. I would buy from them again! Bottom line is, I like them.

Hi, my wife and I visited your Penzance store to look at the range of clothing, boots and equipment as we were on the way to millets store to look at their range.Unsure what we needed as in coats and boots etc, we asked your shop assistant who was most helpful, we explained what we wanted to do and he in detail explained both the clothing and the boots extreme characteristics, we bought and 10000k hydrostatic, with 5000k breathable coat each and a pair of extreme walking boots, also other items. The assistants name was Matthew and could’nt be more helpful. We will visit again, thank you Matthew.

I ordered a men's long sleeve merino wool blend base layer top and a pair of extreme merino ski socks. The order was delivered to my house in Pennsylvania early and the items were in good condition. The base layer top is well constructed, comfortable,fits well,is warm and lightweight. The socks are sturdy and warm . Both these items were on sale and I think I got a good deal.
