I inadvertently had goods delivered to the incorrect street address, after ordering online from Myer.After putting in many requests to Australia Post, and following their tracking numbers with the corrected address information, and receiving absolutely nothing in the way of feedback, I contacted Myer today on 136937. After following the prompts, I was put through to Suzanne, who was not only able to solve my problem, find out where in the system my (split order) was, but she explained what she was doing (so many numbers!!!!!), and she did it in a very professional, good humoured and friendly manner. Suzanne, you are a life saver. Thank you so much for your exemplary service today.

I recently purchased 2 Clinique products from Myer on line shopping. I was disappointed that both products didnt arrive at the same time, however Clinique skin products are usually well worth the price. The dramatically different moisturizing Lotion is the bomb!

Having visited MYER in Morley galleria Perth yesterday, the penultimate day of trading , I can only say how impressed I was with the very helpful, friendly And courteous staff . On what must have been a very hard day . There was not one bit of negativity in the cosmetics , sheets, small electrical Appliances nor the staff I passed , although I suspect there had been some tears. A lovely salesman by the name of Renaissance in the Brisbane CBD store assisted me in purchasing a Delonghi fully automatic coffee machine, I can honestly say he went above and beyond in his customer service, a real asset to the Myer brand. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and the level of communication and commitment I received in making my choice of which machine would deliver what I wanted in a coffee. Extremely happy and will be return to Myers in future.

My sister and I have bought underwear from Julie at Myers Bayside. My sister was a breast cancer survivor and she found comfortable fitting bras and I was fitted for shape wear for a dress for a wedding. Julie is amazing and her knowledge is extensive, combined with excellent customer service our shopping experience has been a joy. In recent days I purchased the dress for the wedding from Baysideand served by a excellent and honest staff.Today I purchased 2 polo shirts for myself from the mens department and once again the staff proved how well trained and pleasant. I have high regard for the staff at Myers Bayside and wish you could relay this compliment to the staff especially Julie.I will be venturing back to Myers for any other clothing related items from now on instead of other shops. Great customer service in the Homewares department at Myer Chadstone on Friday night (28/02/2020).The gentleman who served me (his name escapes me but it began with a V), was courteous, helpful and very polite. There was another gentleman who is very tall who works in the Electrical department who offered me assistance straight away as well.I cannot fault the customer service in this area of the store!!

Shopping for a bra at Myer centre in Brisbane city. Leth the berlei rep was great , she was patient and listened to what I was looking for. She gave various option and suggested different types or style. She really helped !! As I have a bigger frame it’s harder to find a bra that fits properly for sport activity. She was patient and was happy to help me and answered many of my numerous questions .If anyone is in Brisbane city and in Myer looking for a bra, I would recommend asking leth for help. She know the her stuff about different style and cut of bra if you are having trouble.

Shopped in Westfield city store for first time yesterday. I found the ladies in underwear extremely helpful. Saw a handbag I liked, didn't buy, but I phoned store today and was assisted by a very pleasant girl who went to a lot of trouble to find the bag I'd seen. Could not fault my experience with staff in store.

I would like to shout out, to who ever was the girl on Myer Cue store today out the front with the sequin jacket with a pieced tongue. She made my experience great, really helpful, understood what I was after, dress, size and price range. Super simple to try on what she did have available. The only downfall I give to Cue, out of the front of Myer is that things were in style range racks. It would have been so helpful and easier if everything is in size range. Then, I would have gone through every style available in my size relentlessly.

I purchased a sleepmaker bed for my daughter from Joanne at Myer Melbourne CBD. Joanne acknowledged us straight away, she was very friendly, professional and knew her product well. I had to change my delivery date, I phoned sleepmaker Myer CBD and spoke with Cherielee who was very friendly and helpful. Next day Joanne text and confirmed the new delivery date. Went to Myers Westfield Liverpool today and was pleasantly surprised with the professional assistance from the sales lady called Zaynab in the lady’s undergarments department. She new her product and what was suitable for my age group. I left a satisfied customer reminded me of the good old days when there was plenty of service in the large department stores in Sydney.
