Not sure why I see so many bad reviews. Rented at Perth airport and drove to Adelaide. Nice clean car, low mileage and cheapest of all the major players. Service was outstanding at both locations. Highly recommended.

What started off to be a pleasant experience turned horrible. Booking and pick up was easy. When I picked up I paid 450 for the rental and 400 and a holding deposit as our card was a visa debit card. On the day I was due to return the car I rang and asked for a 2 day extension. This was fine and I was told the extra 2 days would be taken out of the deposit. I returned the car on time. 3 days later I was shocked to find that they had double charged me. It took hours of phone calls to explain this too them, even after providing proof from my bank. They had not only cleared out my account but left it almost 300 dollars overdrawn!!!!. I have been told me bank was being emailed to refund this but I have yet to see it. If it doesn't show up soon I will be taking a hard line with them.

Although there was some miscommunication and confusion between AirportRentals.com & EuropCars. The assurance over the phone from AirportRentals and the helpful counter staff at EuropeCars was excellent. Even though I did not get the car I book, they provided me with an upgrade at an even lower cost. Thank you.

Definitely the best car fleet. I have used Avis and Hertz and Europcar is definitely my favourite. Being a Privilege member, I sometimes get upgrades too!

no problems iwth the car but pick up/sign in was so slow. almost 40 minutes just to collect my car is not good enough.
