Love the books, Terrible service

Love the books.Dishonest about shipping times and unhelpful customer service - I was told delivery would be on the 1st of May however I have not received any updates since the 26th of April, I emailed in, got a reply nearly 3 days later, and they said I need to wait until the order has taken a month before they can sort anything out. I still have received nothing.

Great idea

Great idea, how can the children not like suck books, such stories, with their own names! Unfortunately it is a little bit expensive, but some pages are printed only once, so it has a cost! The delivery was delayed, probably because of the Covid19, even with a postage method more expensive. I would definitely recommend Wonderbly for a very original present.

My grandchildren LOVE these books!!

We all LOVE the Wonderbly books that I have bought for my grandchildren! Each one has been special, unique and delightful, just like the children themselves! Although my three oldest ones, ages 12, 10 and 9, are growing out of Wonderbly products (alas!), I am so happy that the 6-year-old still has time to enjoy many more gifts from this wonderful company. Please continue to develop more beautiful books for youngsters (and think about expanding to include older kiddos in your collection).Thank you, thank you, thank you for a high quality, reasonably priced product that any grandparent would be proud to give!

Wonderbly Book

I received the book today and it is lovely. The reason for the 3 star rating is more to do with the packaging. I realize the package had to go through a number of transactions before arriving here but the packaging was flimsy and it arrived in a damp condition and therefore the book itself was damp making the pages wet and wrinkly in some instances. Other than that it took a long time to get here but that's understandable given the current pandemic that everyone is dealing with.
