Thankyou Agoda . I had 2 accommodation Booked through Agoda at the the start of the covid 19 , both with non cancellation policy. I called Agoda and got through to a agent in less than 5 minutes. He called the hotels which I booked and called me back the same day . All cancellation fees were waived. I got a full cash refund within the month . I have used Agoda for the last 3 years and I go away 3 times a year . I’ve never had any issues with them . I will definitely keep using them . Thankyou Agoda you have a customer for life here

Great customer service from Agoda and…

Great customer service from Agoda and our hotel. Saved us having to go to the insurers as we were able to get a full refund after our flights were cancelled due to COVID-19 outbreak despite it being a non-refundable booking.Great and quick web chat and thank you to Hotel Edit Yokohama for honoring the refund.

Outstanding service

I am amazed how easy it was for me to cancel a booking that was non-refundable and immediately get a refund due to Covid 19. The refund payment went into my paypal account within seconds. Credit to them. I am still waiting on another refund by loveholidays which has taken weeks!I know who I will book with in the future.Thank you very much.

Very high level of customer service

I started using Agoda recently during my Asia trip and am extremely impressed with their high level of customer service. I made a few mistakes with bookings and they were more than happy to amend / refund them (even though it was not in line with the hotel policy). I have also started using the platform to book trips back home in the UK and they have been more than helpful with Covid-19 cancellations.
