On August 8th I had a 15 ft box truck reserved at the Shreveport River front. I was to get it at 10:15. When I arrived the truck was not there. It had not been returned. But I'm not complaining about that. Your agent Holly Wilkerson went above board calling everywhere to find a van. This lady kept her cool and was so compassionate. I knew this wasn't her fault. A van was turned in earlier and she called me to get it. Lots of details happen that day but I did get a van and all because of a wonderful person who helped. Thank you Holly Wilkerson.

I rented a moving truck and my truck broke down on me at the beginning of my move. I was only able to move 1 bedroom of furniture before the breakdown. I called and spoke to roadside assistance. They were GREAT!!!!! Especially Mrs. Cynthia!!!!!!! But the cherry on top of the cake for me was the Assistant Manager Tabitha @ U-Haul on Abercorn here in Savannah Ga. Her level of customer service was impeccable!!!!! From the beginning!!!! At pickup and after the breakdown. She was kind, concerned, cheerful and willing to go above and beyond for me as a customer. Mrs. Cynthia and the other 2 roadside assistants & Tabitha are truly the reason for never losing me as a repeat customer. U-Haul you guys hit the bullseye with the Mrs. Cynthia (the roadside assistant) and Tabitha @ your Abercorn location, when you guys employed these 2 individuals! Yeaaaaaa U-Haul! I’m a very happy returning customer!!!!!??

My son and his girlfriend were moving from the Philadelphia area to Astoria section of Queens NY. We initially contracted Qualified Movers for a Monday @ 8:00 am pickup. Monday morning came and the movers were a no-show. After multiple calls we were promised more pickup times but the pattern continued through Tuesday evening. We were forced to contact a second moving company late Tuesday. We contracted a local mover thinking it would be better. Although it was last minute we were promised the first pickup on Thursday. The second mover was running the same scam. Make a promise, take your deposit and don’t show up. To make the situation more anxiety provoking they had to be out of the current location on Thursday. The lease was up, power was off and key needed to be turned in. In a panicked position, I contacted my local Uhaul location in Warminster Pa and spoke to Donna. She did not have a truck but secured one from the Horsham location. When we arrived at this location I would give them both a one star and a five star. The vehicle was not available. The one associate asked me if I thought they would have availability on such a short notice? He went into the system to secure a rental for me. I was told I would be contacted when one was found. The second younger man (I only wish I knew his name) saved the day and my predicament. He said he could do what the contact person was doing from his location. He searched the system and found one truck available in Lansdale Pa. He immediately booked the truck and followed up with a phone call to confirm. A secondary note, I received a phone text from the contact person the less helpful person made the inquiry to a day later (this would have been too late). After the helpful associate made my reservation, and confirmed he showed me a street view photo of rental location. It was not a Uhaul or storage location but was a garage that rents Uhaul’s. I drove to Lansdale and rented the rental van. We loaded the Uhaul that evening and departed early Friday morning to Queens. After unloading the truck we returned the rental to Uhaul moving and storage in Woodside NY. We were greeted by Arinze Onyechie. He was such a professional and friendly young man. He had a sense of urgency in his actions. He made sure we were processed and on our way with minimal delay. He was not chitchatting but was friendly and polite. The process was quick and effortless. What started as a difficult week ended with the politeness of this young man. It was made possible my the diligence and not stopping at the first “no” by the young man at Horsham.

I went to Uhaul in Fayetteville NC on Fort Bragg Blvd two ladies Tammy Rifai and Kim Lindberg work well together. Good customer service and they both have good dispositions.

Well when I got the truck I took a picture of gas and mileage and when I returned the truck the gas was at the same place. Well the guy said no it’s not full I show him the before and after pictures and the gas tank was exactly in the same place. He said I should have went back in and told them to change it. So just a heads up they will try and screw you

We have used this Current U Haul for all our needs over the years...21 to be exact.They have always been fabulous! Thorough, thoughtful, and helpful. Lindsey is top-notch! Lindsey almost always knows what you need before you do. This thinks of the little things you may have forgotten, like an appliance Dolly for instance. Cory has taken care of the hitches and bumpers of our vehicles at Avery Muffler where you go to get any U Haul you might need. Great Company. Honest, Hard-working People, Great Service.

Equipment was very good and ready to go, however our area has very limited service for weekends. Would never try renting on a weekend again. Would wait until I had a day off during the week, and would strongly recommend that anyone else should do the same. Also prices on website are not indicative of actual cost so be prepared to pay at least 10-20% more than shown. Get a quote over the phone first to potentially save yourself a trip. Employees are friendly and do good job of getting through the large amount of paperwork required quickly.

I am very happy to write an excellent review for the U-Haul facility on U.S. 19 and Beacon Woods Blvd. in Hudson, Fl. 34667. This facility is new and I used the large storage shed for approximately 4 months. Not only am I happy with how easy it was to get in and out each time I visited but the Manager, John is a true asset to U-Haul. He showed excellent customer service and was very attentive to my needs, always asking if he could help me further after helping me. I have recommended a friend to this location and she is now a customer. I will continue to recommend this location to anyone needing a temporary housing of their household items.
