A great start

I have only just signed up for the Level 5 on-line course, but that decision was made immensely easier by Erin, who answered my questions about program choices and content thoroughly. I can only say positive things about the advice I received. It was prompt, friendly, impartial, and relayed some great ideas about what would be best for me as a new teacher.It went much further than simply answering questions, but pointed me in the right direction. Very well structured course with a lot…

Very well structured course with a lot of video content to watch and listen to. I liked that I could just watch the videos and take notes rather than read hundreds of pages. The teacher corrected my assignments very fast and gave great feedback. Definitely recommend it!

An extremely professional company that…

An extremely professional company that employs staff that exceed expectations. I completed my TEFL 4 years ago and needed a certificate number which wasn't shown on my current certificate. I not only received the certificate number but also an updated pdf version showing the number on my certificate.I would highly recommend this company as they certainly look after their clients.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! Had only just booked onto a course, it was cancelled due to low numbers but I was offered a discounted course at the same venue instead and refunded the difference without any hassle!
