Takealot Free Shipping May 2022

I've ordered from Takealot over 20 times (ESTIMATE) and out of those 20 times I've had only one order which was a tripod and it was broken. I took it as a loss and never even emailed for a return but what I've noticed is if you order stuff that have less than 4 stars on the reviews then you're going to get bad stuff, messed up service and delivery issues. ALWAYS CHECK THE REVIEWS ON THE PRODUCT BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER!!

I've ordered a laptop from Takealot on Friday, 1 May 2020. They just delivered my parcel.. When I opened the box I saw that they've put in a mask as well.The delivery guy was just as professional!Thank you for your excellent customer service Takealot as well as your delivery guy!Keep up the good work!!

I ordered a sewing machine and given an option to choose from cash on delivery or EFT .I chose cash on delivery merely because this was my first order and I do not trust nothing at all,come the delivery day my goods were not delivered and tracking my goods shows it was shipped using the wrong courier. Then I received an email that I must now EFT so they can rectify their mistake. Imagine the anxiety experienced waiting for my goods only to be given an option to pay in order to receive the goods.Like now I feel like I am about to be scammed why would I pay and experience another delayed delivery.

I ordered a 6 pack of CR2313 Lithium batteries, and eventually after many back and forwards calls they delivered the full batteries.

So i bought a sweat shirt and sweat pants.. Took bigger sizes... Got it in 2 days was very impressed.... But then this bigger sizes was way to small.. I phoned take a lot spoke to Revaughn to return and refund... He said i must put both items in one box and wrapp it so i did what he said.. Now they just refunded my one item and claim they didnt get the second item but it was in one box... Its been more than a week... Been phonening and emailing recharge my phone twice with R110 and still no answer they just dont get back to me and playing for time, which upsets a person.... This is stealling how should we go from here.... Its starting to cost me more money just to get this sorted... And it is not fair to steal

They were very quick and stayed in contact to update me about the whereabouts of my order till it got delivered

On the 25 th of January 2020 I send a return of a dysfunctional headset to Takealot.On the 31 January I only got a response item to be evaluated and it will take four days.Nobody confirm anything till the 10 th Jan when I wrote again:takealot.com Request Received: [Returns] Why is my refund taking so long?
