Referral codes

I had an issue with the referral codes, i had referred a friend but me and my friend never got the codes to use to get 10% off. I wrote an email to stadium goods presenting my issue with the referral codes for me and my friend. i waited almost a day to get a email back, which was not bad compared to not getting any feedback. I then was sent an email saying sorry for the wait, and then they sent me the referral discount code. which i really appreciate the response back.i wish the discount was a bit more due the prices being high for resell. but i do understand that is (DS), But still maybe offering a higher discount they can get rid of some inventory.

Expected the worse but got the best!

I put through an order for Nike Jordan Retro sneakers on behalf of my daughter for her husbands 40th birthday. They were pricey but it was a special present. After placing the order I happened upon the reviews, most of which were negative for Stadium Goods. I worried & prayed for days, however it was unnecessary. The sneakers I ordered were delivered in 4 days and my son-in-law was thrilled with this special gift.

Surprised by the poor ratings

Thought I would post my first review on trustpilot after being pleasantly surprised by a company that had poor ratings. I ordered a pair of Air max 1 ND's before looking at reviews of the company... Needless to say I was somewhat sceptical of ever receiving my purchase after checking the General concensus. I however, received my order in only 4 days (UK resident).Maybe I was lucky, maybe they have a strong delivery link to the UK. In any case, I can't fault my experience with Stadium goods.

I dont know why so many bad reviews

I dont know why so many bad reviews. I was really stressed to order from this website. I received my shoes in 2 days,Good size, good shoes, Everything was fine. Maybe i'm lucky I don't know.but, the customer service is not really good, I sent 2 emails and I wrote a message on eBay and nobody respond to me. You have just 3 days to return the shoes. So 4 stars for the shoes and shipping but the customers services is really bad. Maybe dgo try at footlocker before pursage the sneakers.

Stadium goods is one of the best websites to order shoes. I published my order on Saturday and then on Monday they have approved my order and on Tuesday they had my order rash on the way all between a week. The shoes are in the best conditions I just love stadium goods

Ordered a pair of Nike AirMax 1 Windbreakers, took just over 6 working days to arrive; though bare in mind i do live in London, England and they are coming from New Jersey. Also when reading the reviews ...if you look at Amazon on trust pilot, they 12,000+ reviews and 2/5 on stars, yet they are one of the biggest companies in the world. so i wouldn't 'trust' Trustpilot.
