Shopbop 10% Discount Code April 2024

I used to love shopping at Shopbop but their styles have not been updated recently and the editorial does not look fresh. Also - their Key Style mark is so confusing.. No info, no email explaining what it is.

I am actually surprised about the low rating Shopbop has. I have ordered a couple times from Shopbop and have always had a pleasant experience.I actually ordered a pair of boots a couple of months back and living in Canada, I expect orders to take a bit of time or a bit longer then the arrival date estimate. With Shopbop, I actually got my order in record speed - 3 days! I was shocked. Unfortunately the boots did not work out but I also found return process smooth. The process was simple, no bumps or hiccups. Customer service was good with quick responses to any questions I have had.

Oh wow....I'm shocked to see all the bad reviews for shopbop here...I've been ordering from this company for many years (pre and most Amazon acquisition) and never had an issue. Products are always as described and I've personally never had an issue with their return policy. Their sales are also major~! <3

Shipping was surprisingly fast considering the pandemic. Package arrived safely and in perfect condition. Well recommended!

My first order attempt was very disappointing. Even further, order was canceled and account was deactivated. Then, I contacted customer support and wrote review. They get in touch with me in a very short time, did everything possible to resolve the problems. I like their professionalism and the fact that they really worry about the happiness of their customers, rather than the instantaneous earnings. Although, I have not received my order yet, but I can not wait for it. P.S. I don’t know why, but website can automatically select another color of an item, if the one you are going to buy is out of stock.

I had an outstanding experience with Shopbop. After reading comments on Trustpilot I was reluctant at first, given that I live in Europe, so I opted to make a smaller purchase. I was pleasantly surprised; my merch was shipped in a matter of hours with fee UPS express shipment, free of charge! I live in Southern Europe, and I got my merch in perfect condition five days after making an order. Of course, knowing the laws of my country, I knew that I would be paying custom duties. It was great to find out that the shipping cost was not included in the duty fees calculation. All in all, excellent experience with Shopbop, and I will be ordering more for sure.

Was nervous to order because there was a huge mix of positive and negative reviews but I found a coat in my size that wasn’t available anywhere else so I ordered it but didn’t get my hopes up- it came on time the precise item in perfect condition- very good experience

I have ordered a pair of Dr Martens boots which were too large, and I easily returned them and had my money sent back. The customer service is very responsive.

Edit: after my review shopbop contacted me to try and solve the problem. They offered to refund me half the price of taxes and duties. They were very nice and suggested me next time I used the free express shipping with prepaid duties, they’d be cheaper taxes this way. I got the package and the product was just as expected. I really appreciate them taking care of their customers. My experience ... one month ater haven’t got my package. Customs stopped it and I had to pay 130€ !!!!!!!!!!!!!! The other solution was to send it back to shopbop but they’d discount me the custom fees of the price so basically they’d refound me 40 euros of a 170 order..... freaking ridiculous. 130 euros on customs !

Another order: 11/27/17. I ordered some items on sale with an additional 30% off campaign they had for black Friday. Good deals, but it took 2 weeks to get my order... usually it takes 4-6 days. I got an automated 20% coupon to redeem until March as an apology. Anyways, order arrived and as usual there is one item that's the wrong size. It's a medium on my order form, a medium on the bag they put it in and then on the actual clothing tag its a large. Common Shopbop...So disorganized, no one double checks, and basically a headache. It's a stretch tank top and I'm not going to bother returning it. But be forewarned, Shopbop can be a pain.Update 9/15/17: I have since placed 2 orders with Shopbop, both swimwear. One of the orders went smoothly and I have no complaints. For my most recent order on the other hand, I am disappointed. I ordered 2 swimsuits, and one is a final sale missing any sort of tags which makes me think it's been used, and the other is very visibly falling apart at the seams on the back! I call customer service and tell them about the items and they say my $60 shipping fee (yes, $60 freaking dollars!) will be waived and I'll get a full refund, even for the final sale item. I just shipped them back today and when I did the process online the final sale suit doesn't pop up on the customs claim form which has me a little worried. I've never done a return before so I don't know what to expect, hopefully it'll be hassle free...*Sigh* I lost $25 in duties and taxes too. Update: I did receive a full refund for both suits and there were no problems with my refund. I'm happy and I'll order form Shopbop again.******First time shopper, and am pleased with just about everything. I ordered a hard to find swim wear brand on sale. Ordering was easy and shipping incredibly fast. All the way from Madison, WI to Japan in 3 days! My only complaint is my item had a few (fixable) snags on it... Not happy about that, but I didn't want to bother getting another one. I fixed the snags myself and I'll try ordering from here again if something catches my eye. Surprisingly Shopbop has a lot of niche brands and a good selection, only complaint is they seem to sell out of sizes quickly during sales.
