I am well aware that there is going to be a delay in processing & shipping when I purchase stuff during Black Friday sale, and was informed to expect a delay of up to 3 days. But it's been 8 business days already and the order is still "processing." And BF shouldn't be an excuse cuz I copped stuff from Daniel Patrick, FWRD, and Revolve this Black Friday, and everything shipped fast as usual, within hours for FWRD and DP in fact. Like seriously, how much longer is it going to take? This is not even shipping delay, it's only that you guys just won't ship my stuff. My order number is: 93733909.12/09 editA CS rep named Anne reached out and offered me a 30 USD gift certificate as compensation, and told me that she had contacted their fulfillment facility to speed up the processing of my order. 14 hours later my order is finally shipped. 8~9 days for processing... Am I pre-ordering or purchasing these items tho? And again, if you value your customers enough, stop using BF order load as an excuse. The CS rep named Jiang who I contacted prior to leaving a negative review here just replied with such robotic answer. So far, 2 stars for Anne's help, but overall a disappointing shopping and service experience. Seems like a negative review is necessary in order to acquire actual help from Shopbop.12/14 edit After Anne got in touch with me the order was process and sent to me within 3 days and I got my stuff in time! Even though the delay in processing stressed me out at first, Shopbop customer service did help. But from my experience, it's a shame that they only start helping you seriously after you leave a review here, because the cs reps (Jiang & Justin) I contacted prior to all this weren't helpful in the least bit. So, props to Anne. Best of all I wasn't charged any import fee with my 164USD order, I guess that'll wrap things up. 5 stars for actually looking into the issue and correcting it. Might still consider shopping here some time again.
