*Since writing the below review Sarah's flowers did finally get in touch and gave me a refund for the flowers I ordered which was overly generous. So as much as I feel the below still stands they did rectify the problem. I ordered sympathy flowers for a close friend of mine who had died due to Covid19. The flowers were for his family, I specifically chose white roses as they were my friends favourite. The bouquet was $289. The day after I placed the order I received an email to say - Due to supplier issues they will be making some substitutions in your order., We are using beautiful seasonal flowers with the white roses we have available in your arrangement to ensure it is delivered on time. Have a wonderful day! I live in London so was not able to respond till the next day of which I said I wanted only white roses and if they had been sent could I see a picture? The response was that they had been sent and that there were to the same value. I asked again for a picture but no response. When I received a picture from my friends Mum they looked much smaller and comparable to a $189 bouquet not $289. I have chased for a response 3 times and still nothing, no apology. I would avoid using this company, customer service is extremely poor.
