I’ve actually had pretty good luck with Saks. Sometimes items are shipped separately, but that’s ok. I really like them because of the free duties for Canada. I’ve always received exactly what I ordered, accurate descriptions from the website. I haven’t had to return anything yet, so I can’t comment on that. I’ve found some great sale prices here for sure! I wish Saks Off Fifth offered free ditties too.

This was our first on-line order with saks. We ordered a bunch of gifts for our grandkids, all the way across the US. Saks got them there on-time and in great shape. The prices are not exactly 'cheap,' but neither are the products. You get what you pay for! Plus they all came in awesome elegant gift boxes at no additional charge!

Service is borderline threatening the customer. Spoke to El Salvador about my order , women spoke in Spanish and kept yelling shouting to her colleagues all in Spanish. I was so scared I hung up. Why on earth should customers be scared to in for assistance with orders? Shameful

Another 5 stars. I bought a long sleeve shirt online. The price was great because it was a sales item. Package and product just arrived in perfect conditions, and fast. So I am glad I was able to receive my product as described and without any problem. Thanks Saks Team, you guys are the best.

I remember myself reading all of the reviews before receiving my order. Honestly, was very worried. However, my item was delivered properly same as the condition and quality of the item were perfect, despite that it was an international delivery. Don't really know what to say, maybe I was lucky. Do not do online order with Saks fifth Ave., Christmas order placed on December 14 was never delivered to my address. I was billed for the order even though it was delivered somewhere else, not to my address.I’ve called customer service at least three times. I only want a refund at this point. I’ll never deal with Saks again. After reading of Lord and Taylor demise I’m saddened. Compared to them Saks customer service should hang their heads. Terrible, terribly service. I’ll call one more time but assume they never intended to make my order good.

Great website for designer items. They ship items in nice and safe packaging and they use borderfree for international orders and my expectation with them is always smooth and response time with email is great. Overall I am a satisfied customer.

When I first made my order and looked at all the reviews online I got scared that my item may be defective, wrong, or something....but I am very pleased to say that I had a very good experience ordering from Saks Fifth Avenue and I think there needs to be a good review about them to counter the bad ones to ease people's worries about online purchasing....so here we go: I made an international order since I am from Canada and my item came in a week! I ordered a MCM backpack, so the item is pretty large and it came in a box. It delivered to my house and you have to sign. The item itself is perfect and authentic with no defects or anything like that. I did not return this item so I do not have an experience with returning anything. When I had a question about the international order I used the 'chat' they had on their website and the person I spoke to was helpful in explaining international shipments ship to a warehouse/distribution place and then it ships to where you are located, so there is a lot of shipping. Their site is legit and they plan on opening a store at the Toronto Eaton Centre which means they are doing well.Hope this helps!
