The T shirt was sold out everywhere in the U.K. and PAOM was the only website selling it. It fits nicely and comfortably and Evelyn was very helpful when I contacted the company. However here are the reasons I won’t be using PAOM again.1. It took two months for the Order to arrive.2. I had to Pay £11.87 import tax to Royal Mail which the website did not tell me about, was already charged £20 for shipping3. The order status on my order never changed from in production. So it made it impossible to track.4. I never got an email with the tracking number and had to get in contact with them to get it in the end.

I always can't wait to receive my products/garments... as I am very impatient. In the order confirmation it says:Just a reminder, because your order is custom, it will take about 2-3 weeks for delivery. This was on the 29th. of January:)It should say 3-4 weeks as it was delivered the 1st. of March.The help and assistance is very good... Thanx Michael

Evelyn from customer service was amazing: she answered all my questions and was all around very helpful! The shirt I ordered is gorgeous!!!

Wow, just blown away! I placed an order and paid extra to get express shipping. I was concerned the shipment might not make it to me on time, so I emailed Evelyn in customer service. I didn't see a reply for a while and wrote again requesting a shipping refund if my order didn't arrive in time. Well, order didn't come (or so I thought), but then I realized I hadn't checked my spam box, where of course there were prompt replies to my messages with a tracking number for my package which was waiting for me at the local DHL office. I picked up the package and my hoodies looked amazing! Then when I got home I discovered that I had received a refund for the shipping, even though it was entirely my fault I didn't get it on time. Talk about customer service!One more note on the product. I ordered very similar hoodies about a year ago and the print quality has improved dramatically, they really look amazing. I even submitted a very low res image (around 1000x1000 max) and they still managed to look incredible, although a better quality zipper (metal?) wouldn't hurt :) I haven't found a single other website that does what paom does. I had read some bad reviews online but either they are lying or are old, because my experience was top notch.

The quality of product was impressive for the price, and customer service was excellent.
