If you're not planning on returning (which seems to be mostly what the bad reviews are about) I would recommend this website. I will definitely be ordering again.

Recently ordered a pair of Valentino shoes from The Outnet for my mum's birthday. Got a bargain with 70% off and the shoes just arrived in perfect condition. Delivery/dispatch was a bit slow, but that could be down to the current Covid-19 situation. Based off this experience, would definitely recommend them and consider purchasing other goods in the future.

My experience couldn’t have been better...apart from a couple of days delay with emailing the confirmation of my order, so I gave them a quick ring and I found the man very friendly and reassuring. My bag came a few days later and was perfect in every way, and packaged well. Would happily use this site again and again.

I’m very sorry for the customers whose experience with THE OUTNET was bad, but I can not confirm anything of it.I ordered a Marchesa Notte dress just before the Corona lockdowns, and did not have any news from my order for a couple of weeks after that. I honestly was ready to never receive it and claim my money back, but THE OUTNET has suddenly sent me a shipment confirmation (DHL on demand delivery = expensive), and I received my dress only 3 days after that. Being aware of the situation in Italy I’m very, very impressed. So I ordered another dress right away :) a Missoni one this time, which was shipped within a week. It arrived, again, 3 days after the shipment notification was sent to me. I don’t even need to say that both dresses and packages were flawless, I keep both. I had a rebate of 81% for the Missoni dress and 70% on the Marchesa Notte, which I found quite outstanding. I’ll order again, thank you THE OUTNET, you made me happy in these crazy times :)

Excellent!!! Everything was excellent!!! I received my order very fast! Two pairs of amazing shoes! I was expecting it after one month or even later because of this situation with coronavirus... but this morning courier called me and asked me to come downstairs to pick up my delivery!!! It took less than a week! (I’m based in Dubai) Anyways just wanted to thank The Outnet for my beautiful Easter presents and recommend them to everyone!!!

Great website, beautiful clothes, easy ordering and returns even with the CV-19 crisis going on. The shipment was received from Italy free shipping from DHL with tracking information so I could see the journey. No it is not next day, it took 2 weeks but was free. Unfortunately the wedding event I was purchasing for was cancelled so items returned. I had a tech glitch, so used the live chat and within 5 mins the collection was organised for me - so 5* for customer service. 4 Marchesa Notte gowns were beautifully packaged in individual dress hanging bags and lovely quality, exactly as pictures. Sizes were UK not US, so a little too small. I found the 12 was a 12 but ordered 2 of each just in case. Simply too expensive to keep now the wedding will be in a different season, otherwise I would have and dieted into it. Would definitely use again.

No idea why Outnet gets bad reviews. Really cheap shipping, astonishly good returns policy and returns could not be easier (return sticker and sturdy box). Love the range of products, great photos of garments being worn so you get an idea (about how a super slim model looks it in it!!). Some Jimmy Choo shoes left Bologna at 5pm by plane and were on my feet in UK by 8.30am the next morning.....Keep it up Outnet

I read all reviews and decided to order a bikini. I was concerned about the address as I was asked to work from home and had to change the delivery address. The customer service has been nothing short of excellent, I was helped via email and phone calls to ensure my delivery was on its way and the address changed. I received my package and it was beautiful wrapped in individual bags wrapped in tissue. The bikini was exactly as advertised and fit perfectly. It is the best online purchase I have made and I will be ordering from them again. I am delighted. I have not had to return anything as yet but thank you OUTNET you have far exceeded my expectations.

After reading the reviews, I was shocked to find that many customers have had such negative experiences with the OUTNET. So far, I have been very satisfied with not only my purchases but also with their outstanding customer service team (Asia region). My money was refunded shortly after application for a return. The CS team was also kind enough to help me with a smooth flow of an exchange as well.

I ordered to the UK last week, not a problem. Dispatched quickly, delivered on time via DHL tracked all the way from Italy to my front door, packaged neatly, product was perfect. I would order from the outnet again no problems.

After a few hiccups I received a great service from The Outnet and would definitely buy from them again.
