Definitely great customer service and would recommend to all

Would recommend luxury escapes to everyone. During the Covid-19 pandemic they were excellent, every team member I spoke to went out of their way to help and understood the situation with no questions asked. Will definitely use luxury escapes with our future travel plans when I am back on my feet.

Luxury Escapes have restored my…

Luxury Escapes have restored my confidence in the travel industry. Keeping in mind that the travel industry have been severely impacted by Covid, they still passed on a full refund for my accomodation as requested. I can understand that for some a travel credit would suffice but for our situation we need a refund. Thanks to the staff at Luxury Escapes for processing our request with empathy.

Fantastic support from the amazing Saskia.

My husband and I have travelled over the last few years with tours and getaways through Luxury Escapes. They have always been amazing. This year we again booked multiple accommodation venues in Greece and Turkey and a group tour in Turkey for June/July through Luxury Escapes. Of course given the current Covid 19 situation we are unable to travel and take our planned bookings. Saskia, who is the Platinum Club account manager at Luxury Escapes has been fantastic in all her dealings with us during this time. She has remained professional and worked very hard to find positive outcomes for both Luxury Escapes and us. She has remained calm, true to her word and demonstrated great integrity all the way through. We are very thankful that we’ve have been able to cancel all of our bookings and receive credits that can be used for future travel adventures. Thank you very much Saskia and Luxury Escapes.

Amazing customer service in trying times

We were due to go to Fiji for an 8night holiday 8th April, clearly that wasn't happening with Corona! We sent an email mid-March, and they changed the booking to a Buy-Now, Book Later, but given current news (May) that international travel isn't on the cards for easily a year, we wanted to cancel it. Jack from customer support was SO helpful, and we explained we wanted to use the money against a local holiday so we can at least go on a break. Jack checked with his manager and the resort, and put the money into a 'travel bank' style thing in LE, we are so excited to use it to go travelling in either AU or NZ and help support local! Thanks again Luxury Escapes for the seamless communication, you're doing an excellent job

Excellent service

Great service! Never had an issue. Had organised holiday for July and staff were extremely understanding and helpful with cancelling parts and rebooking others for later. They were efficient and timely given current circumstances that are in no way within their control. Well done!

European no-go

We had planned an extensive European holiday for some time, involving a number of Luxury Escapes accommodation packages and internal European flights. The Covid 19 Pandemic abruptly ended those plans. Our LE account manager Saskia Hamlen-Williams, and Lauren in Flight Support have been amazing in such a busy time to follow up our various bookings on our behalf and ensure we were issued with appropriate credits/refunds against future travel when things return to normal. It is always easy to deal with LE when things are going well, but the real measure of their great customer service is how they have reacted in these difficult times. Well done.

Very satisfied

We were dreading trying to sort out a booking made in late 2019 for a forthcoming holiday that was no longer possible due to Covid-19. The response to our request was handled very politely and professionally by Alison at Luxury Escapes. We were able to negotiate a very satisfactory resolution to our request and will certainly be booking again through LE in the future. Alison made the whole experience much more positive than we expected. Thank you.

Fantastic Support in Rebooking

Had a Bali package booked for May that we had to change as a result of COVID - I had no issue changing my dates. The process was seamless and the people I engaged with at Luxury Escapes were nice, professional and helpful. This wasn't my first Luxury Escapes booking and won't be my last. Really grateful and impressed with how they've managed the COVID situation. I couldn't be happier!

disappointed this time around

I have dealt with LE on a number of occasions and have always considered them to be a good company. However in light of the COVID situation iTs disappointing that they seem to be offering some customers refunds and others not. My mum and I purchased a holiday forThe first week of May in Fiji and we have not been able to get a refund although it seems a number of people have. And we were only just able to see alternate booking dates the other day which only extend to May 2021 which at present is pointless until we can 1. Book a flight and 2. Actually travel

I loath to leave a bad review but .....

EDIT review plus 24hours: Thank you Luxury Escapes for providing a refund of the accomodation for our trip. We greatly appreciate it.I loath to leave a bad review but I really don’t feel we have a choice! In a few days I was due to depart for Fiji on a long saved for and long dreamed off 2nd honeymoon. When we originally contacted Luxury Escapes many many many weeks ago we had nothing but a stock standard reply saying we were essentially in a queue and our case would be looked at in due course! And then nothing, despite others all around us receiving calls, emails, refunds! Finally, last week we received a call and requested politely to be refunded in full for the accomodation (we understand flights with Virgin can’t be refunded or credited at this point in time). We were told they would call us back but that isn’t happened. In the days since our call, and including a weekend, I have heard of many others receiving calls to confirm refunds but yet our phone hasn’t rung! Our request is simple, please do not ignore us. We paid in full on good faith many many months ago and you have held that significant amount of money all this time. Do the right thing Luxury Escapes. We need our money back.

Disappointed

My husband and I have used Luxury Escapes several times in the past and have been pleased with the results. Because we trusted them we booked accommodation with them in Paris and Italy for June 2020.Our flights for the trip have now been refunded along with several more Italian hotels that we booked individually.Disappointingly Luxury Escapes is the only business out of this whole trip that so far has not given us a refund.With so many others honouring a refund you have to ask why Luxury Escapes isn’t immediately doing the same !!!!

Booking Number Q1AYR0We have been on several Luxury Escapes and we found each one to be excellent value, we always received whatever was promised. We had another one planned for late April to Khoa Lak Thailand which was obviously not able to be taken.It was Alison from LE who contacted me to arrange a date to rebook this holiday. I was happy that i could book up to 18 months in advance to allow overseas travel to get back to something approaching normal.
