I really love Lorna Jane Activewear, especially their Amy tights, however I had an annoying experience this morning when I tried to return a sports bra a shop assistant had ordered online for me as they didn’t have the size in store. The assistant I spoke to about the return was polite but said Lorna Jane doesn’t issue refunds - only exchanges or store credit. I thought this was annoying because how could I tell if it was right for me if I ordered it online (I couldn’t try it on so I don’t think it counts as “change of mind.”) The shop assistant seemed unsure on this point and looked to another colleague for help, who very bluntly told me “We don’t do refunds!”Ok so fine, I accepted the gift voucher instead because the first girl was nice even if the second girl was awful.I can’t think of anything more embarrassing than making a scene so after I left I googled the online return policy and apparently I can get a refund if I send the item back by post.Even though it’s at cost to me I wish I had known this option was available before I took the store credit!Not sure why the staff didn’t tell me, I think the first girl was new and probably didn’t know, and the second girl, well she was horrible anyway.Overall Lorna Jane gets a 3 out of 5 for me - good quality activewear but the returns policy and customer service is so-so.

Love this company - they always go above and beyond to find what I want in the range. Staff are lovely and more than willing to help to make the shopping experience enjoyable. The quality of clothing is exceptional.

Great brand, Amazing Activewear!I wear Lorna Jane everyday! It's so comfortable to workout in for a range of different exercises. I regularly do body pump, body step, spin, yoga, freestyle aerobics classes, as well as a lot of walking and hiking. The activewear they offer moves with you without restriction, holds everything in place that needs to be, looks amazing on and is super comfortable.LJ everyday!

Service is exceptional both in the store and online/phone.
