Advisor/s responded to my emails extremely quickly in fact virtually immediate and were very professional in dealing with my query.I had booked non flex airport parking which became unusable due to holiday been cancelled due to coronavirus.On my request they were kind enough to refund my payment which they did not have to do.I have used my refund to book airport parking through looking4 for my re-scheduled holiday.Used Looking4 for our parking for a number years now and will continue to do soExcellent customer service.Keep up the good work

Highly recommend booking with this company. Very helpful during the Covid pandemic and had no problems whatsoever cancelling the booking due to cancelled flights etc. Replied and refunded immediately. Excellent

This morning I was in the regrettable position of having to contact Looking4Parking in order to request a refund for our car park booking at Liverpool airport. Like thousands of others, our holiday to Rhodes (and our daughter's wedding) cancelled because of the pandemic. The response was almost immediate and literally within a couple of hours I had received confirmation that the money would be refunded. I sent a personal message of thanks to customer service. The company must be inundated with requests, and the reply was efficient, courteous, and professional. We have booked several times before, but never had to cancel. Super service during a very difficult time....we are impressed!!
