Called through today being 20/4/20 at 6pmCONSTook 1.5hrs to finally speak to someone (English was ok)As I didn't take out insurance I was not entitled to a full refund without charge. My only opinions were 100 percent credit shell valid for 12 months from original purchase - originally booked flight late Nov 2019 or I could request refund but would be charged $250 per passenger as Virgin Australia are not offering full refunds if you failed to purchase additional insurance. If only I had a glass ball - just be prepared to wait for call centre operator

Received the format of Change/Cancel Flights
I've booked my flights few days ago but due to Coronavirus spread, can't travel anymore. BYOJet sent me the format of Request for Change or Cancel Flights by email yestreday. Just submitted the format to cancel my flights in coming 5 days and get Credit Shell. If I receive the Credit Shell soon, I will change 3 stars to 5 starts. Thanks.My eTicket #BYO11619255Yuriko
