    Have always been happy with these guys

    Have always been happy with these guys. They hire young staff that know their technology. Lately they've been dropping a lot of lines of products. Overall though, they are my first point of call for electronics when i'm looking.

    Bought a DVD for a good price and with cheap delivery to Denmark.JBhifi said that the delivery would follow within 2-6 weeks - but it arrived in only 7 working days!I would highly recommend this retailer.

    Always seems to have the best range of Blurays at the best prices. FOr new releases the steelcases are awesome but wish they had more stock of these.My only complaint would be is that the delivery packaging could be better, I have received a few damaged Blurays in the past however they fix it really fast with a replacement within a day or two.Also keep up the funny staff reviews in store, they are brilliant.

    Laura..Hayley Erin great…

    A couple of weeks ago I was served at the counter with a lass named Laura. What a delightful young lady she was. There was nothing she would not do and she was so happy and never stopped smiling. We have always had good people serving us but this Laura went well beyond what she needed to do for I would think that Jbs were very lucky to have such a lovely young person work there. Please can you make sure that Laura gets to know that I have send a thank you to JBsToday 2/5/20 we also had to return something at JBs. Harbour town. This time we were served by Erin. What an amazing lady she was. There was nothing that you could ask her that she did not know the answer to and she was patient and very kind..A big thank you to Erin today and when we go back in to buy a computer Erin will be the one that we will want to be served by.Today also when we got to the desk we had another happy willing girl by the name of Hayley.I don't know if they are all trained to be so lovely and kind but these three are a great team and if anyone ever complains about them I would just say they are whingers. Thank you Jbs Harbour Town for employing there 3 great people......Keep them because you cant replace people tikeLaura,, Hayley and Erin.

    Big thank you to Leigh JB HI FI at Coomera Westfield Mall, we wanted to change our Cell phone / Internet provider as Telstra just didn't provide the service we where paying for. Leigh was patient, helpful and explained what we would be getting. Two thumbs up, and will definitely return to him in future. Great staff are hard to find, and this Chap is a great asset to JB HI FI Coomera.

    Not the Best but Not the Worst Either.

    I’ve ordered Blu ray discs and CD’s from JB Hi Fi countless times. Employees were always willing to assist me through email if I had any issues. Their shipping is not great. Sometimes it may take 2 weeks or more depending on the availability of the item. I’ve only ever had one issue with JB Hi Fi where they failed to tell my my order was out of stock. Other than that, I’ve never had any problems. I wish the shipping were a bit faster but I can deal with that.

    Bought a TV from JB HiFi in Werribee…

    Bought a TV from JB HiFi in Werribee (Plaza). The service was first class. What the salesperson, Jared, knew about the product I was interested in was great but when I asked a question which caused some doubt in his mind, he rang up on the spot to find the answer. No guessing, just pure class service.Also, Ajay Kumar, the delivery and tv set up person was brilliant too. No fuss, knew what he was doing and cleaned up after it was all installed. Cannot fault the experience and with service (and price) this good I won't bother shopping anywhere else.
