First time buying from this company and…

First time buying from this company and probably the last. Ordered a box of 2020 Topps Series 1 HTA Jumbo Hobby Box and they sent me a Hobby Box. Two totally different products. Not only did they send the wrong product, they did not send an invoice or any kind of packing slip. When I contacted customer service I was told that the product they didn't send me was out of stock. It sure looks like they knew what they were sending me and hoped I would open the product. I did not open the product and intend to send it back. How they respond will determine if I ever do business with them again.VERY UNHAPPY!**Update**Was pleased with the response I got from customer service. Was given a reasonable credit to keep the mis-shipped product Thank you.

I have no complaints!

I ordered a Ivan Provorov Flyers shirt. It took about a week to ship and get to my house. The shirt fits great and I plan to wear it a lot. I have no complaints!

If I could 0 stars I would....

If I could 0 stars I would. Ordered a Christmas gift for my son on December 8th. Was scheduled to arrive on the 23rd. It did not. Then it was scheduled to arrive today....now delivery date is moved to the 31st. Online chat doesn’t work. Emails not answered. I had to wait 30 minutes on the phone for help. I will now dispute the charge with my credit card company. Fansedge are telling me that no refund will be given ‘until the item does not arrive’???? Er...it hasn’t arrived...after 20 days. Way to lose a repeat customer and create more work for me. It is not acceptable to charge me for an item that I don’t have.FOLLOWUP. My post here garnished a response from FANSEDGE who refunded my money. Updated to 3 stars as a result of Fansedge (albeit belatedly) trying to make it right.

I ordered NBA jersey December 2nd for Christmas present for my son. Email confirmation said it would ship by the 13th and receive by 24th. Today, 20th, I called the customer service number listed on their website. Initially, I was communicating with a computer and was told my order was pending and there were long wait times for customer service. I was connected to a human in less than a minute. She informed me that my shipment date was updated for Jan 15th. I was never notified of this change and she could not give me an explanation. She told me she would credit me half the cost (within 2-7 days) and expedite (next day) the shipping. I asked for an email confirmation of this and agreed to it. I will be extremely satisfied if this is what really happens. My stomach was churning when I looked at all the bad reviews for this company. I am not pleased with their lack of communication and await the untimely arrival of my son's Christmas gift in January. The customer service was very good. I hope the product is good.

Package never received

I ordered an item for Christmas. Fans Edge used a company called Laser Ship to ship my item. I tracked the package and according to Laser Ship, it was left at my front door. I did not receive the package. I live in a somewhat closed off neighborhood, so I highly doubt I was a victim of a porch pirate. That being said, I called Fans Edge customer service and my call was answered by a “live” customer service rep in a timely manner. No questions asked, the rep said the cost of my item will be refunded, and it will take up to 7 business days to see the refund on my statement. Christmas is next week, so it may take longer for me to see the refund. Excellent customer service experience and easy to deal with. Bummed I will not receive my item since it was a Christmas gift and I lose out on the cost of shipping (about $12) but at least I won’t be out $68. Hopefully Fans Edge will be true to their word, otherwise I’ll be writing back a poor review. Laser Ship will be getting the bad review. Fans Edge live customer service: 1 855 438 0678

Fansedge is not always the cheapest, but they have a great selection. The items (NFL jersey's) were delivered in plenty of time for a great Christmas!

Purchased a sweatshirt they advertised as free shipping, receive by Christmas. In my hurry and with kids climbing on me, I failed to notice that it doesn't default to free shipping. By the time I realized they had duped me and I contacted customer service, Shavaughn, the customer service agent, told me s/he couldn't help and mocked me for falling into their trap. Avoid this scam site!Updated - FansEdge responded quickly to my trustpilot review and credited me back for the shipping charge. Bumping from 1 to 3 stars.

The reason I am revising my rating and giving them 5 stars is because their service stepped up big-time to the plate after reading my review on your site.Julian showed me that they really were interested and cared about what I said. It's obvious that they have gone to great measures to correct what was previously not working for their company which disenfranchised so many buyers.A person by the name of Julian contacted me and went out of his way to make things right.Most appreciated and now very satisfied customer.

Considering the other reviews, I was expecting the worst, but the coat was sent promptly and delivered overseas in a week. Nothing fancy, the bare minimum, but I'm satisfied with the experience.

I posted a review I have deleted. My items were delivered today, like they are suppose to. Spirit jersey fits perfectly. The shoes I have to send back, I didn't notice they are men's, so they are too big for me. So glad I was able to find a spirit jersey in my size. Thanks Fans edge!!!!
