    I bought a candle for myself at a physical store, so I didn't have to pay shipping. It was pretty much exactly what I was expecting and I wasn't really disappointed. I really liked the candle. It had a great smell, it was large and it had a beautiful candle holder. And it was actually cheaper then similar ones I could get somewhere else. I don't really see it as scam or rip off. In the store, it also shows you all the possible rings you can get if you buy a particular candle, so I made sure to get one where all the things would be ok. My ring is supposedly worth $65. But I honestly, don't believe that. I'm not sure I'm pleased work the practice of lyng to costumers. But I knew not to expect anything more. Of your buying this as a cheap way get a $1000 ring, you'll definitely be disappointed. If you're buying this product for what it is. A great candle, cute jewellery, and a fin experience. You won't be.

    I went to the conestoga mall location and received amazing customer service from a girl with short hair and glasses. She was extremely nice and she made sure that we were satisfied with everything. She got us to buy something we weren’t looking to buy but she did an amazing job with up selling it. 10/10 for that employee!!

    £12 customs charge on top of their delivery charge.

    £12 customs charge even after paying delivery charge. Haven't even received the item yet but all in all, almost £50 in total can't be worth it. Not impressed.

    I have purchased several candles from charmed aroma, I am a huge candle addict so I must say the candles packaging, scents, and burn time are of quality. They make cute and unique candle jars and scents, with that being said majority of the jewelry I have received has been very cute (when I wear there is no nickel staining/ no blue/ green on my fingers) the only issue I had was when I ordered around July 4 , my order took about a month and half to deliver, this was due to their warehouse changing I was told. They sent me a free candle that came within a week to make up for the error and a discount . I have since ordered more from them and their delivery time is standard.

    The newer rings are better. Candles are still wonderful!

    I have bought many candles and bathbombs over the years from Charmed Aroma. The earlier rings were not the greatest. Stones would fall out and just look terrible after a while. For the most part the newer rings, especially those out of the Holiday Candles seem far better. Non of the stones have fallen out and they, so far, appear to not be tarnishing. The ones I have gotten so far are 925 Silver. I am guessing that is the main difference. The rings aside, the candles smell wonderful lit or not.

    I wasn't expecting much really so this is my own view with that in mind. The candle smells lovely and I burned it for a couple of hours several times. I began to wonder if there was not a foil package with jewellery in the candle. I finally saw it behind the front label, blew out the candle and retrieved the foil package with tweezers. I unwrapped the foil, could see the ring with the pink stone. Opened it, put it on, yay it fit. Then I entered the code on the site for appraisal, and it is appraised at $250, wow! Nice. It is quite sparkly, 925 silver and I am guessing with cubics on sides (several rows of clear sparkly stones) and around top pink stone. Not too shabby. I ordered one for my sister and friend!

    Beautiful products with a surprise inside.

    I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of candles and bath bombs and I have been quite happy with all of them. If you're expecting the gimmick of getting ring that's going to be worth a lot of money don't even bother if you just want the pure enjoyment of burning a nice candle or having a fun bath bomb with the surprise of getting costume jewellery that's what this is good for. The most expensive ring I've ever found was appraised on their website for $85 I have had several that were worth $10. They are all stamped 925, I don't imagine they are actually silver however these are the only rings I own that don't turn my fingers black. The sizing is different from ring to ring. Necklaces are very small probably at most 16 in, but that's the perfect size for me.

    I honestly love charmed aroma

    I honestly love charmed aroma! Their candles And bath bombs smell really good and it Is fun to get a surprise jewelry!! DONT except A nice expensive ring though. People complain that the rings are cheap and they are. But what do you except when you are buying a $25 candle. It’s also a gamble I have gotten many rings that are worth $10 and rings that are ugly. But I’ve also got ones where they say they are worth 250 (which I don’t really believe) and ones that are super pretty and love !! I’ve never experienced bad customer service. I’ve dealt with them a bit and they have always been great! I have had several broken jewelry but they replaced it for me.. It’s fun and I’ve spent well over a thousand $$$ over the past two Years and will continue to buy from them. My house smells good and my baths are fun!!

    Feeling very disappointed because have bought four candles in the pass few weeks n was very excited to receive my rings but two of the rings the stones are falling out n the one I just got last night which is the butterfly one only put in on today n there is a stone missing already n the rose gold one has completely changed colour already after wearing it for a week n that's taking it off when I shower n do dishes
