Australia Wide Annexes Voucher April 2024

Beware when getting an annex from this mob. We ordered an annex and expected it to be a simple thing ,you get the annex and you use it. Was fine the first time we set it up but this year we had hell to pay. A strong wind came through the park filled the awning with water and it fell in with the weight. Sure these things happen but my complaint is when I rang the company I was told I needed to buy guide ropes, pole supports to keep them secure at the base ( I made some after the experience of the first year ). Oh and you need guide ropes ,and you need a slide in housing for the top of the interior poles as well. We need 3 roof trusses not the 2 supplied and the heavy duty one,s at that. So, why when you get an annex do you not get all these as part of the puzzle. It ruin our holiday as we had to put up with it as it was for the next 2 weeks.. So if you get one of these then ask what you get so you can make sure you have the best annex for your dollar. Danny from Australia wide annex rand me and offer to supply the hardware that is damaged. Tried to get in touch with Danny and no luck ,instead I got onto someone else that was shocked to hear Danny was going to do what he offered and told me that is not on ,we ( our insurance ) have to pay $720 to fix their design fault. These things should have been included if they now are needed. I would not suggest this company to anyone .

We have the full fantastic annex along with the rear storage and the front porch additions ,we at the moment are at smokey bay SA 23/1/2020 we had winds last night that were blowing at 50 kilometres per hour and gusts up to 70 kilometres per hour,I laid awake half the night expecting to find some serious damage,But the quality and heavy duty of these annexes showed just how good they are NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER,I can’t praise you enough on your great job you do making these ,Thankyou Regards Keith Dickson

All I ordered was delivered next day, it was completely packed and the couriers that they use also kept me informed of my delivery progress. Superb all round.

We have had our Annex for 15 months. So easy to put up and great to have the extra space. Quality product and just love the flexibility of the interchanging panels. We often camp on the Beach and have had wind gusts of up to 80km/hr. No problem. We did have a problem recently with one of the zips on the plastic panel. After discussing the issue with Trevor, and with him being satisfied the zip was the problem and not my technique, he sent me a whole new panel. I returned the faulty one. Amazing service and such a professional company. I highly recommend this product.
