My flight was cancelled by Ethiad earlier this year and I was given credit by Auny Betty.Despite all the bad press and being unable to get through initially I was put on hold for half an hour and then spoke to a very friendly and helpful advisor who bent over backwards to ensure I got another flight at no extra cost.

Difficult to get in touch when…

Difficult to get in touch when overseas. PLus I didn't have an account but also couldn't get an account. And email wasn't available. I finally found an emailaddress and could get in contact. I know due to the corona virus it has all changed but still being able to contact would bet better.

I've got an email in this morning. They gonna refund without cancellation fee which is $250. We complained this matter to ACCC and we finally obtain this result. They have discussed with ACCC. I will book my flight ticket with airlines directly. Anyway thanks for this decision.
