I am struggling to see why all the bad reviews! I live in the UK and have shopped on Shopbop quite a few times. I like to buy designer items now and again and Shopbop is my first stop. I pay only duty on my items before they ship, shopbop works them out at checkout. They are always reasonable rates and what makes it better is there is no actual shipping costs! They arrive at my door from the US within 3 days sometimes 2. Customer services have always been more than helpful when I’ve emailed them to ask a size question, I think they’re brilliant.

Updated - they reached out to me and were very prompt and efficient with handling the situation in a most satisfactory way. I will leave it as 4 stars because their policy still blows and ends up with a lot of wasted time for bother their CS team and buyers. I will be happy to shop with them again.The worst return policy of the big companies. The return label they provide ships S L O W so you better be sure to return within 2-3 days after you open the package and I recommend going directly to USPS, waiting in line, receive the confirmation receipt. Not that it matters. With no delay, it takes at least 7-10 days for the item to get back to their warehouse (you get 15 days from the receipt day, mind you). I dropped mine off at a local USPS facility and they ended up not processing my shipment for 3 precious days; and now the tracking is not even updated so will definitely not get back in time (although I sent it back under a week).Unless there's some crazy deals go somewhere else and I've been ordering there for several years now and it's more stressful than it needs to be each time. Very disappointed that they have so many bad reviews and fail to change their policy. Try stating that item needs to be sent out within so and so days of receipt because I can't control how long their return service takes. If they knew it would take 7-10 days then they should state to start the refund process within 3 days because they obviously have a copy and paste answer from customer service for all the bad complaints!
